When, Where, Who?

When?

The 2010 Coupe Gordon Bennett will be held around the full moon, in September 2010. The timetable is as follows:

Friday 24th September 2010

• Pilot Registration
• General Briefing and Opening Ceremony in the Bristol Museum Buy Tickets!

Saturday 25th until Wednesday 29th September 2010

• Launch window. Once the weather is confirmed as suitable for a launch in the evening, inflation will begin. Inflation can take up to 8 hours.

Saturday 2nd October

• (subject to the race having ended and the teams returned): Gala Dinner and Awards Banquet, in Bristol City Council's Banqueting Hall Sorry - SOLD OUT

Where?

The race will start from a venue to the north of Bristol. Entry will only be available by pre-ordered tickets.

Who?

Each country is allowed to enter up to three teams. Entries closed on 26th April 2010. The list of teams participating in the 2010 race can be found here
