The 54th Coupe Aéronautique is a real hands-on event involving many people:

• Pilots (usually two per balloon)
• Ground and Retrieve (chase) Crew
• Flight planning teams (strategist, meteorological officer)
• Event Organisers
• Flight Organisers (including Flight Director, Safety Officer and Meteorological Officers
• Jury Members (in case of any protests at the result)
• Representatives of the FAI (World Airsports Governing Body)
• Fuelling and filling teams
• Corporate Sponsors and Supporters
• Arena Staff (site staff, security)
• Members of the media (TV, Radio, Press, Websites)
• Balloon Spotters and Archivists
• Members of the Public
